Committee Appointments
Applications for appointment to The Pharmacy Technician Society (TPTS) committees are currently being accepted for the 2025-2026 term. Individuals may nominate themselves or recommend another colleague for appointment. The deadline for applications and recommendations is January 6, 2025.
The inaugural term for TPTS committees is 15-months (April 2025 through June 2026).
TPTS President, Daniel N. Nyakundi, with the approval of the TPTS Board of Directors, appoints members of TPTS Committees. TPTS is interested in appointing technicians to committees who reflect a diverse pool of knowledge and have a strong desire to represent the interests of pharmacy technicians on a national level.
Applicants should review the Committee Member Responsibilities and Expectations document prior to completing an application to understand the expectations of the appointment.
To apply for appointment to a TPTS committee, applicants must be an active TPTS member and the following items must be submitted:

- Completion of the online application
- Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Statement of Interest (250 words max)
- For individuals interested in an appointment as a Chair or Vice Chair, you will also be required to describe your leadership style and meeting management skills within the application.
