Charlotte V. Hook, MHA, CPhT-Adv, CSPT, CPHQ, CPTEd, FMSHP is the systemwide compounding specialist at Beth Israel Lahey Health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences from the University of Central Lancashire in the United Kingdom and a Master of Health Administration from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. Hook recently served as chair of the TPTS Educational Steering Committee and has held leadership roles in the ASHP Pharmacy Technician Forum, receiving the Distinguished Service Award in 2024.
