ABOUT THIS PODCAST
From the 2021 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition researchers, with the support of the ASHP Foundation, share the preliminary results of their ongoing study that looks at satisfaction levels of pharmacy technicians working in ambulatory care. Their research is also seeking to obtain a deeper understanding of variation in the roles of pharmacy technicians in the ambulatory care setting and explore factors influencing job satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
